Received my scale this morning and couldn't wait to get it out of the box. Was very easy to setup with my personal information. Looks great on the floor. I'll be using it every day to see the numbers diminish on my new weightloss program. Now my husband needs to put himself in the scale. I would definitely buy this scale again.
Just have an additional comment ... I put it behind the bathroom door and it is so low-profile that the door closes and open right over it.

I bought this scale in September 2011. At first I was fairly happy with it. Setup was fairly easy and weights seemed accurate. In the last 30 days I have become alarmed by a number of problems. First, the weight started to fluctuate by 3-4 lbs in a very very short time period. At first I thought I was moving it or doing something incorrectly, but it has continued to fluctuate in this manner. Then, I started noticing that my body fat readings were changing pretty drastically (anywhere from 15-18%). If I wore a bathrobe, weighed myself, and then took it off and weighed myself the body fat readings were totally different. Why does a bathrobe affect my body fat? I also never move the scale and always keep it on a flat surface, so that can't be the problem.
Overally I am not pleased. I may give this company a second try by ordering the white version (I have the black now but I looks to be the same model). It matches my bathroom better anyway. Will update if anything changes otherwise they both go back.

Pros:
* Easy to read display
* Easy to set up your profile
* I would say good customer service - it was nice the company sent an email thanking me for the purchase (just a nice touch). The email included a deal for glassware that I ended up using for a Christmas present.
* Very classy looking.
* As others have said in their review, I can not attest to the accuracy since I have not tried other measurements for body fat, muscle and bone mass, and hydration. The weight however is spot on... unfortunately ;-)
